Setting up MFA App Passwords

Now we are using MFA verification, you may run into issues if you use apps or older devices (like Windows Phone 8 and Xbox 360) that don't support MFA verification.
If an app isn't prompting you to enter a security code when you sign in, you may be able to sign in with an app password instead. An app password is a long, randomly generated password that you provide only once instead of your regular password when signing in to an app or device that doesn't support MFA verification.
1. Browse to https://mysignins.microsoft.com/security-info
2. Select the + arrow to add a new method
3. From the drop down list choose "app" Password
4. Choose a name for the app and click next
5. Your app password will be displayed on the next screen. Use this to login on the app you are using instead of your normal login password.
When using app passwords, it's important to remember:
App passwords are auto-generated, and should be created and entered once per app.
There's a limit of 40 passwords per user. If you try to create one after that limit, you'll be prompted to delete an existing password before being allowed to create the new one.
