Teams - No Audio or Mic

Click on the icon at the top right of the Teams window.

Go to Settings

If you are not hearing any sound, go to Devices and select the Speaker you want to output to. If projecting to a class board it will likely be called "ActivPanel" , "High Definition Audio" or "Realtek" depending on the board and connection.

If others are unable to hear your mic, you can make sure you have the correct mic selected under Microphone.

When you have selected the mic you can click "Make a test call" to check that your settings are working.
