SIMS - Incompatible Database

This means that the version of SIMS on your machine does not match that of the SIMS server. Usually this can happen when a new version of SIMS has just been rolled out.
The SOLUS3 agent should update SIMS automatically for you. You can check it's status by double clicking on this icon on the taskbar on the bottom right of your screen:

You will see the following information about the status of your SIMS update.

You can click the following button to manually check for a SIMS update, although this should not be necessary.

If when you click this, you receive a message saying that an update is already in progress or is scheduled you do not need to do anything. SOLUS will complete the update automatically.
If you have waited over 30 minutes and SIMS is still not accessible please contact the IT Services helpdesk and we will be able to update SIMS manually.
