Signing In and Out

All staff on site must sign in and sign out each day using their ID cards either in the main school reception, the Sixth Form reception, Sixth Form atrium or the ARB using the signing in (Inventry) system.
You do not need to sign in and out on the same unit, so if you start your day at the main school and wish to sign out at sixth form this is fine.

Note: When you sign in at the main school reception the internal door will automatically unlock so you do not need to then tap your card on the door reader.

First Use or replacement card: the first time you use the system or you have a replacement card, you will need to sign in on either main reception or 6th Form Reception touchscreen. Tap “staff” and follow the instructions to select your name, then scan your new badge to link your account.
