Resetting Students' iPad Passwords

1. Open a web browser and click the 'Apple School Manager' button on the Staff intranet homepage (or navigate to https://school.apple.com/#main/activities).
2. Log into Apple School Manager using your school email address and password. Once logged in, use the search bar at the top of the page to search for students’ names. For best results, use only the student’s surname.

3. Select the student from the list, and then click the ‘…’ button and select ‘Reset Shared iPad Passcode’.

4. Click the first of the 4 boxes that appear and enter ‘1234’ on your keyboard.

5. Click ‘Continue’, then ‘Continue’ again, and then ‘Sign Out of Devices’.
6. When the progress bar fills, the student’s password has been reset to ‘1234’.
